took the car to the shop $2000.00
thats how much it takes to fix the fucking car. fuck u safe auto. i do nothing wrong yet get flipped with the bill. wtf am i paying you 113.00 a month for.

If it's a transmission problem yes you're fucked. Insurance obviously will not cover shit like that. Hopefully it happened within your warranty, if not, again... you're fucked.
If you hit a deer and it's 2 grand in damage then yes, pay the deductable and ins. takes over.
You don't expect insurance to cover 4 new tires when due do you?

no its drivable but still its a lexus. i dont want the resale value to decline so im gonna hve tog et it fixed, it might get worse if i jsut drive it and procrastinate.

no, it was a gift from my mom, 99 always in perfect shape she ahrdly ever drove it neither do i that often. always went to the dealership for oil changes, tire rotation etc it was kept good. just pisses me off someone could hit u and drive away like nothing happened. fucking america.

Hit and runs should be covered under comprehensive and/or collision. Hell, I'm even insured in case someone who hits me isn't.
You should have only had a 250 or 500 deductable and the ins payed the rest.
I've heard bad things though about your ins. company. You get what you pay for.
