Wasn't sure what to call this thread, but I have a question.
I created a logo in Illustrator, and it has a 10 pt stroke, and when I import it into Flash, it looks awful. Does anyone know how I can import it and retain it's qaulity?thanks

yeah a common issue, not sure

I'd start by expanding the stroke in Illustrator. You shouldn't have stokes on a logo anyways ;)

not sure, but maybe trace the outline and import then?

expand outline or appearance..
should be all you need to do.

what do you mean by expand outline? increase the stroke?
scale the logo up?

Sorry didn't know what I was thinking, I get expand. As far as the outline stroke, I had already tried that, it screws up the outline.

Thanks for your help, I figured it out

outline stroke is basis routine for importing your logo anywhere... especially a 10pt stroke (not very reliable).
"screws up the outline".. hard to know exactly what you're refering to but i'm guessing the logo has way too many points and the beziers are freaking out.. trying activating the round corners checkbox in stroke options and expanding to outline again.
if its still screwy then you prolly gotta draw your logo more accurately.. you shouldn't be relying on a 10pt stroke in a logo.
