LLC online

  Has anyone used one of these online services to form an LLC or DBA?

  I've done an LLC before but through a regualr lawyer and not an online service. I want to try one online because it look like a lot less money. Can anyone tell me about thier experience or who they used? thanks.

  What state did you LLC in and how much was everything all togehter? How long did it take, etc.?

  don't do it online...you may miss alot of important points...stay through the lawyer, keeps it credible

  NAC, I disagree, although probably consulting a lawyer or a CPA is advisable. I didn't do an LLC, I did an S-Corp.

  I'm not sold on the advantages of an LLC over a typical corp. Talk to a CPA about your business structure...

  And when I did it online it took a week
