web as wallpaper in os x... how?

i read in an old macuser that you can set a webpage as your desktop picture in osx (it was the one with imac covered in post-its) this was the best macuser in read in ages with loads of good tips in, which made me subscribe... after that it has been shite... anyway... now the problem is i cant find the mag, and i now want to do this this... anyone know how to do this? or has a back issue they can look it up in for me?... cheers
