  Thanks for the suggestions that were given in my previous post, but I'm still looking for something to solve this problem:

  Nav bar ---> content brought up in iframe ---> search engine difficulties.

  However, I want to maintain the idea of iframes ability to display a navigation bar's content all on one page. Anymore suggestions? I swear this will be the last post on this topic then you all can get back to your "design-related" posts.
