Does anyone can tell me how to achieve those "old" and scratch effects like the ones in this first poster?

yeah, ps brushes is the easiest way.
Theres one dude with a site dedicated to them, tons of really cool ones.

the ones on the poster are from http://www.misprintedtype.com i think, but i woke ip 20min. ago, so my thinking might be blurred

get out soy sauce or whatever and dirt on paper then scan it in. use the scans as masks- bam. more interesting and original outcomes.

Nice spot on the Misprinted Type brushes there, bitnik. If you hadn't said it, I would have... though I don't know if that's impressive or pathetic.
Cool brushes and I'm guilty of using them, but yeah, make your own. Rubbing regular paper on your kitchen floor and scanning it generally works pretty well... and reminds you to mop more often.
