personally, i'd remove some of the shapes inside the colored mass so it breaks up that big solid clump
then i'd vary the sizes of the chute vectors to provide some variety and add some other elements like rays of light or clouds or birds or something

perhaps instead of removing some of the colored shapes filling the inside of the chutes with white would accomplish the same feel.

Enter response:
all the diff color shapes in the background tend to flatten the depth - I say you toy with the shape colors to create some depth to enhance the depth of the parchu...parachutes... skydivers.

sometimes, it's best to keep it simple.

it's not visually pleasing. the colors are dull. it's an amorphous mass of blah.
you have killed design when you should be propelling it up to the next step.

needs more scribble, texture and dotted lines. could almost use and element of realising such a 3d object or stencil or something.
and colour too, at least 1 eyecatching colour
