well, you can set up a new DNS account at Netsol and make a transfer request or backorder it.
If youre lucky because it has expired, the registrar-lock has been removed

Have you done a WHOIS on that domain? It's got no transfer lock and if it's expired you could rightly highjack it.
Also the guys email address is on there so I'm sure an NT spam attack might help him change his mind.

No it doesn't have 100,000 hits a day, and yes there are more pressing issues like AIDS in africa, and global poverty, but at the moment this is my problem.
