Where is the folder for the apple web cache located on a Mac OS. I know how to find the cache for a Windows machine, but I'm still not clear on the Mac.
btw. I just started working on a Mac.

There is no single cache location..
Safari cache is in Library > Caches > Safari
Netscape cache Library > Mozilla
Firefox Library> Application Support > Firefox...
etc

didnt seem to help. I cant see any of the files like .htm .mov or .swf files that should be in the cache. Are they stored as some type of temporary file?

i dont know either. iam a new mac user since 10 days.
i like it. but the thumbnails browsing on Windows XP was more efficient than OSX. Also when I click "open" or "save as" in any software, IT TAKE A COUple seconds to open the windows... dunno why. it was no more than 1sec on windows...
