Been here since '01 myself (different names) when it had a fraction of the registered users. It's changed so much. I've known quite a few people who've left because of shit like this.
Like a long-running soap opera, it's only a matter of time before all the original cast leave and are replaced.

this place really feels like a village sometimes.

i've been on and off at NT for 4 years now, and i still come back. i get good insights, learn, get angry and stuff, but all in all (even with the lusers) it's a wonderful place. i won't name names or pick out people who shine more than others. you know who you are.

it so great how we can rejoice and wonder about our memories and experiences only because we reached a numeric milestone.
there is a beauty in there after all.
i like all the odd things about this place, it sort of gives it character, less machine like.
there's so many people with their own characteristics, like i have ignored v3 many times, but then i started to know him, and i learned to appreciate the fella.. i also know that randoman may have some slight multiple personality problems, but he is human and part of us all here.
well and as for Rand, he's a like our father. well he could be our father, but one that refuses to grow older..
