dig the site, having some issues with firefox and scrolling though. when I scroll down to see all the content, the hit areas remain where they are in relation to the browser window. aka, if a button is sitting 100 pixels down from the top of the browser initially, then I scroll down 200 pixels the hit area stays 100 pixels from the top even though the button has moved

Thanks guys!
Small world - I can throw a rock and hit Tribble Mill park. And yes, Rudie's is still there. My parents once got their cadillac smashed up by some bikers at that bar.

strange, gabriel. I thought the popup prevented scrolling. hmm.

sweet work dog.

Kinda expected more. The old site was incredibly clean, but still unique. The new one just looks like it's trying too hard for a style.
Love the work, the Akademiks site is one of my favorites.

fate, i see what you are talking about...but that aside you have to give props to the talent behind the site...

did you get my mail fate??

kick ass work.

UndoUndo, yeah I just woke up, been busy as hell. It's the blend modes in the properties panel. Look around the tabs of the panel or something. I can't be fucked to open it.
Blend modes in flash = blend modes in PS
- UndoUndo0
cool, that's all i needed. thanks duder much appreciated.
:)
- JazX0
fate_ you on that Flash 8 stuff. ;)

good work though.

fucking brilliant mate
althought I wish you hadn't used the wood background as that's something I am doing almost exactly the same way for a current client
:(
- JazX0
you want wood, I got plenty of it.
no seriously I do

great!

I dun kilt that popup. It's comfortably nestled in the parent html page now.
So no more yellin' at me.
As you was.
