I am just about to use it for the first time. Is there anything I should know.
have users placed their "Credit Card on File" for Identity assurance?

i used to have a CC On there for years and never had problems. it just deducted my seller fees.
if you're just bidding, you shouldn't have to put your credit card in there. that's just for seller accounts.

I tend to stay clear from people who sell fulltime.
People who only sell now and then, will communicate with you better, and take care in shipping. Buy local if you can, ie if you're in canada buy from a canadian makes the whole process easier.
I tend to buy from people with 100% positive feedback. Anything less is shadey.
