What would be the top ten places to see, things to do for a graphic designer visiting London?

The Design Museum, surely? The London Eye, The Science Museum (interior by Graphic Thought Facility), The Type Museum (if you're feeling brave enough to visit Stockwell these days...), my office, Tate Modern etc I dunno, I live here and I don't visit half these places anywhere often enough but it's all out there.

thanks for the tips.. Where is your office? I'll check out the type museum in stockwell, might as well, I'm staying near Russell Square, my theory in doing that is similar to the lighting never striking twice in the same place idea.

is that a place to visit or a thing to do?

How about the Institute of Contemporary Arts? is that worth visiting?

the ica is good if something good is going on. the thing with london is that you want to find out what exhibits and stuff are taking place and then organise your visit that way. have a look at:
http://www.timeout.com/london/
and see what's listed for the timeframe that you'll be here.
the serpentine gallery is consistently good, imho. along with the whitechapel gallery and most of the v&a exhibits.

i'll be out there soon too.
any sweet pubs or restaurants to check out?
