in the genesis and mame emulators you can record sounds out.

download the midi files for them. that's basically what they were anyway at that point in time. slice them up or import them into something like Propellerheads' Reason or Orion or some soft synth that will enable you to replace the midi tracks with your own instrumentation. Export. _done
