G4 Upgrade

  My company just purchased a card that upgrades the G3 350 to a G4 600, made by xlr8.com. Any good or bad experiences with these type of upgrades?

  Initially, I was a bit weary of upgrading a Mac instead of buying new, but it seems a few magazines even rate these things fairly well.

  i bought a G3 about 8 years ago.... i've owned / used 4 new computers since then.

  and i've worked for some cheap companies too.

  I am working on an old g4 with os 9. It can be painful at the best of times.

  My company is cheap though. They still have a copy of Photoshop 5 on one of these computers.
