I'm on a mac and I can't import WMWs to Flash. But I can do MOVs and AVIs. However I can't even import the WMW into Final Cut Pro. Any help?

preferably not using 3rd party stuff or installing any thing new.

no can do without 3rd party stuff.
on a pc you can convert it with WinAVI.
