Man. That sucks. My only advice is to get GREAT surgeon and a GREAT rehab trainer. That will make all the difference in the world. Believe me. I tore my bicep off the bone in college, got great surgery and then had a fantastic rehab trainer. My shit is better than new. Also, how old are you? Age plays a factor in recovery as well.
