for the last week or so opening it up has killed my internet connection--anyone else having this problem?

Never killed my connection but once in a while it deletes the resumed downloads so you have to start all over again, but I have found an email addy and serial to work with it so I dont get the annoying popup that eats the cpu.

Paying the cheap license also removes the annoying popup that eats the CPU. Was worth the $12 to me.

yeah, I paid, too--well worth it.
I just downloaded a newer rev--maybe that will fix it.

Acquisition's shite. Try Acqlite, it's partly based on Acquisition and it's free. Never had any problems with it.

i paid for it as well, but was also experiencing some bandwidth problems with the latest update..hmm..
fortunatly there'll be a new update real soon. they're always on it.
