Apparantly I have bought the wrong RAM for my iMac, I have been tolled that it can be installed but it should only be installed by an Apple Technician, this would cost £££'s so its not an option.
Does anyone know if it easy enough to install the extra RAM.

just take it to the nearest authorized reseller location and if you're lucky (and show a little leg) they'll be nice and do it for free.
