that happened to me friday. two months of work and they e-mail me "we're just gonna use what we've got"

happened to me twice this month
and they were so well planned and executed
at the end of the day - this is a service industry though, and sometimes you have to decide between putting another soso piece out there and making some loot, or enforcing higher standards and potentially losing a client and making less loot
clients like to be right even when the whole "eduction" process has gone well
ah well - the victories outweight the losses at least
