I have a yellow belt in Krav Maga, which is an Israeli street combat and self defense technique.
I have a lot of friends in Wing Chun classes too. Really useful, practical.

went last night, 1 hour warm-up and an hour training. Its hardwork but good fun. And I thought the Crane stance off the karate kid was a lie, it exsists. fukin gonna paint the garden fence this weekend
