  but what's with job postings that say things like "manager/director needed with advertising agency experience, advanced SQL, php, linux, illustrator, acrobat, word, photoshop, asp.net, flash, dreamweaver (wtf shouldn't you be able to code from scratch with all the other crap they want) windows administration, visual basic, security..."

  and they usually pay kak, like "competitive salary starting at $45k".
