Is there a particular folder I need to create? It's not picking them up - using ipsp and trying to do it manually as well but no luck...:(

when you plug your psp in, there are two main folders in it, one is PSP and ... the other one (too lazy to plug mine).
The other one is the one the video go to. But you can't just copy them as they need another file to play and this other file is create by the software you'll use to transfer your videos.
I use PSPWare and it works fine (you need to register it though if you want to upload more than 5 vids)

Ok so in my case, 2 files and 2 folders in the root :
folders : PSP and MP_ROOT
files : MEMSTICK.IND and MSTK_PRO.INDNot sure that helps.. just use PSPWare.

The video musy be 320x240.
Create these folders on the root of the Memory Stick: MP_ROOT/100MNV01/
Files must be named M4Vxxxxx.MP4 (xxxxx are 5 random numbers, alphabetic characters must be uppercase).
