It's a simple one but can't work it out.
How can i move object in 45 dergree angle? Like in Illustrator you can do it while holding SHIFT down. But in AE it only moves only horisontally or verically. Tried different compinations, tried to look in Preferences and View options but can't find it.
Or is it even possible?

strange. it works for me?

Crap... can't understand why it doesn't for me. It can't be because i'm using Standard instead of Pro?
And there is no settings in Pref.. that i could change. Damn

there is a rotate icon in the tool bar on the right, or you could go to the transform function within the layers properties.

don't think it's a standar/pro problem. does shift + [num +/-] work?

Sorry i didn't express myself clearly. I don't wan to rotate my object, i want to move it diagonally (45 degree angle).
Rotation works fine

In which case you will have to animate that move.

I know that.
What i want to do is move one object accross the screen diagonally (45 degree angle). i have it outside of the viewing area, key that position, move timeline to whe i want and move the object across, but instead of just simply using SHIFT and moving it (Like in Illustrator), i have to use positional coordinates to get my desired result. Whicj is pain if i have lots of stuff to move around in that particular angle.
