For me it is going into a new client and spouting my process philosophies and watching the blank looks on all their faces. Then i will throw out some buzz words like - brand awareness, media impressions, and psycographic analysis. Then watch them all look at eachother and nod their head like they know what I am talking about.

But really - I do love the Discovery stage between sketch and presentation when 98% of it is crap - then the key elements come together and you end up suprising yourself and producing solid directions at 3am.
