Chip Kidd still works at Knopf I think and has never had a site that I know of. If you find one let me know.

Is considered the great authority in the field of American book cover design: Monstrously Ugly (John Updike), Faithful Flat-Earth Rendering (Don DeLillo), A Distinguished Parochial Comic Balding Episcopal Priest (Allan Gurganus), Not A Piece Of Hype. My book was lucky (Robert Hughes). Currently cover designs for David Sedaris and Daniel Libeskind’s memoirs: Breaking Ground. Author of several articles on design and pop culture (The New York Times, Entertainment Weekly, Vogue, Details, ID etc.). Editor of Mythology: The DC Comics Art of Alex Ross.

Knopf is a division of Random House. I don't think he's on his own though or has a site.
