well, to help his case just a bit he emailed me and i kindly (as not to make any more fun of my friend alex, or jazx) told him what happened.
i made a small joke about the incident , dang, i don't even remember when, 3 weeks? four? whatever. and he emailed me.
so. that much is true i guess.

I'm actually enjoying this. Hello my fellow steroid freak? How are your steroids today? Mine were ok, I had a little bit of roid rage in the morning on the way to work Kona, ran a few guys off the road and shot down a helicopter I'm sure was following me, but other than that I'm totally juiced out of my massive guido mellon.
