when i downloaded the new itunes, it doesn't recognize my ipod anymore.
does anyone else have this problem?
i'd like to do everything i can before going to the dreaded genius bar.

yeah, i downloaded it, but it didnt seem to help any. i read that resetting it might work, but i dont want to erase everything on my ipod.
