I had a cubicle at my last job. Yeah, a mirror is important; otherwise, ppl will just stand behind you for like 10 seconds and do shit they think is funny. I also hung up maps of places I'd rather be. So when I get bored or frustrated, I would just look at the streets and such, wondering what's going on there as opposed to what's happening in my horrible 4x4...

i modified a couple signs.
i took a 'no parking zone' sign and made it a 'no drama zone' cause of all the girls in the integrated marketing department.
also i took one of those threat level signs and made it the 'doug threat level' sign. today i'm running at alert yellow. friday i was on orange... way higher. i haven't put it to red yet. we'll see how this week goes.
