Insurance Logos?

  I need to design a logo for a local insurance company. Since the literal route is pretty much out of the question and I'd rather avoid the standard meaningless corporate abstract mark, that pretty much leaves me with a logotype (unless someone has some other ideas).

  I was playing with the idea of using handwritten script (because of all the writing and forms that seem to go into insurance claims and whatnot), but wanted to get some ideas or inspiration from anyone else who might have some ideas or links to what they consider particularly well-designed insurance logos. Thanks a bunch! =)
