What is going on at my site?? I have a style sheet with parts on it which seem to have vanished...but still work...!

If you look at the source, there is a class called "topmenu" and a div called "iframe" - which are still working - but a peek at the style sheet, and both of these styles have disappeared?? Can someone help???
