need some vhs made into a dvd, minor editing nothing huge. will need to make region 1 AND redion 2 dvds.

chossy right. anytime you convert you are going to lose quality. Especially if you're trying to takei t from VHS to DV, etc.

basically you will never be able to get better than VHS you can match it with 4:2:2 in black magics decklink card but never better it.
