Im off to the white isle next week for the first time ever!
Never been anywhere like it before and not sure what to expect.Im not really into the clubbing scene thing, Id rather chill out with a nice beer in the sunshine...
Any tips? Places to go? Things to see? Places to avoid

BoraBora at Playa Den Bossa (near space) is great for a free beach party, KM5 on the way to the airport is worth a look and DC 10's for messy partying, SES Salinas beach is very cool and chilled. depends on where your atying tho. Ibiza town is best IMO.

Definately Bora Bora... Free parting on the beach rocks...
Pacha and amnesia are a must but watch out for the '18 euros for a JD and coke' stingers!!

stay north of the island and avoid san anotnio, oh and salinas is a nudist beach and there are loads of em left over from the hippy days!

Bora Bora kicks @ss from what i hear. Ibiza is way too touristy and techno/rave/club driven.
Now if you really want to have some fun go to Mauritius in the Indian Ocean, they let you get away with anything. No rules. Same goes for the white sand beaches of Mocambique and Madagascar. Excellent!

Been a whiel since I went there but enjoyed Manumission, Cafe del Mar, Café Mambo.
Avoid 'the west end' at all costs - full of chavs.
