Im a nub at illustrator and need to know how to edit or create cut lines for the printer

I dont have a clue the little marks in the corners I dont now im a web designer

create a shape the exact size you want ur artwork cut to, then go Filter>Create>Crop Marks
easy peasy :P

No Probs mate, you can also go in preferences and turn on 'japanese crop marks' I personally think they are better, they also include 3 mm bleed for you to set your artwork too!
give that a try
