I feel that Judges should not have any political stance at all, they should be unbias and fair.
How can a judge be conservative and be fair and open minded when making decisions?
- haha0
Well lets see
Fr0m what I've read.
He's against the enviroment, he's against abortion, he's pro-BigBusiness, etc., etc.Pefect for Bush's vision in ruining this country and the world, before he finishes his Presidency and retires on his profits from his war on terror.
He's perfect for the job.
- haha0
I fully agree Piper
- shellie0
bush never needed the profits from the war on terror to retire.
hes been pocketing money from screwing the public for ages.

how does this "lifetime term" work for supreme court judges?

Guys, see it really depends.
There have been both Liberal and Conservative Presidents that have named individuals that do not agree on a variety of subjects. Personally, I think that's healthy. There needs to be a mix, you never want to have too much of one thing. That doesn't work.
Whom are the two judges that Bush Sr. named? Clarence Thomas and Antonin Scalia. They disagree on tons of topics.
