Hiding Icons

Is there any way you can hide an icon in the little area (in the bottom right corner of a PC)? I need to find a program or something to hide just one program, because I don't want anyone to accidently close it (I download things frequently).

you mean you are downloading illegal stuff and you want to hide the program to run in the background so when your boss sees your computer cant see that?

No, lol. I don't start working until Monday. Need to get some stuff downloaded on my home computer before then without people closing it.

not that i know off. if the program has a minimize to tray icon beside the minimze button then yes or a menu selection Minimize to Tray or Minimize to System Tray. Try googling those keywords or on download . com mabe someone make something like that.
