  Does anyone know how to make a strikethrough line appear BEHIND the text?

  OK, if anyone else wanted to know.. I've sorted it -> If you set it as an offset underline it will appear behind the text.

  yeah, use paragraph rules with no offset. i set them in paragraph styles.
