Jewelboxing myself

ehhh. I got the jewelboxing system shipped to me and ive been fighting with the templates. Does anyone have one they successfully printed that could send me a lo-res tray template with graphics on it so I know where each part is supposed to go. I figured it was a no-brainer but this thng keeps printing stuff out of wack (spine in the wrong place, hinge, etc) I fgure before more trial and error I'd stop and ask.

Also, I'm using an Epson Photo and it doesnt print far enough to the boarders to cover the whole temple... annoying cos now I have to make the back and inside bg white.

Do you not have borderless printing? Also, I don't know if the templates are off or what, but try scanning the thing and overlay it on what you're printing to see if everything is where it should be.
