but hot damn it was a good show. filled with all the drama and beauty you could imagine.

i don't get any hint of pretense, actually. he seems so focused on whatever he's feeling. He was like a conductor of the world's sweatiest, dirtiest symphony, and when he felt it it was right everything seemed to shift into a sonic overdrive.
and yeah.... i wouldn't want to lessen the experience. don't bring the camera. i'll remember things in a couple months when my brain puts it back together.
