Hello friends,
I have a question. Let's say you did some freelance for a company. They have a net 30 day turn around on invoices. They are about 20 day's past due. You email the CD and he does not even write you back.
What would you do in a situation like this? What's the best way to handle when it seems someone is avoiding paying you?

i am int he same situation. however the client is 4 MONTHS or more over due. she paid the origina invoice but has been stringing me along with this last one saying she would at the end of june. so end of june rolls around and 3 emails later still no word. i have thoght about logging into the domain and deleting the work i did, but did not know if i could get in trouble for that and she could maybe just call the isp and get it recovered and then change the pw. i plan to call her this week.

I was trying to take my money for 6 months.....
After all.... I send my boyfriend over. He told them that he is my agent and that he wants the money unless he will come with the layer......
He took a pay check in a half an hour, with a big apology for the overdue.......
