I'm not sure is Test Card is the propper name:
Here is an example:
I'm looking around to make one, hopefully a nice one. but I wanted to see some first to have some ideas on what to include.

Google 'test pattern' - a famous one is the Indian head test pattern - adding Indian to your search may help.

there was once a site with all test screen of all channels at

....but its gone....
wonder if this dude (pascal gauduin) made a backup or someone mirrored the site
(checked yet archive.org and google cache, but didnt find anything) :-(
