I've seen a couple sites being posted, and since I've been updating mine recently, I figured I'd post it to hear your thoughts:

The portfolio section isn't up yet (still working on some of the dynamic programming), but once it is, I'll throw the site up again so you can see all my pretty/shitty work =D

I like the layout and the clerity of everything. Nice work.

nice site dude!

i instantly liked it.
one tiny thing: perhaps adjust the vert. alignment of the header on the right to the menu on the left?

good job mang

everything aligns here in Opera. maybe also use dashed lines for headers instead of solid.
i like it, the middle menu column gives a good contrast in the layout with the sky gradient, fresh colours.
Maybe a potential porblem is that there might not be enough space to display portfolio work.
right column could use a bit more padding but not more than two characters.

I also instantly liked it! Clarity, colors, straight forwardness.
I agree on the vertical alignment of the headers. And I think you should use pictures instead of Verdana on the headers (are you on a mac? take a look at the site on a pc and see what I mean). A nice font possibly the one used for your name would do the trick?
I don't like the line below the header. And I'm not so sure I like the dashed lines between the main links either (but I never did like dashed lines). Anyway, I think the two types of lines should match eachother more - but not totally!
And I would use a more subtle arrow for the main navigation and maybe match it with some downward pointing arrows in the submenus.
And I would use a touch of CSS on the contact form + listing more traditional means of contact.
Oh, and the bullet points in the links list feel a bit old, maybe you could throw in a couple of those smaller arrows I was talking about above. Perhaps even tilt them to the famous fortyfive degrees as to indicate target=_blank.
Sorry, didn't mean for it to be this long but everytime I crit sites here I think about how I would have done it and my taste may not be the same as anyone elses, it's all good. And don't be discouraged, just scroll back up. I instantly liked it!

Oops, I see now that your using Trebuchet in the headers and not Verdana, as I complained about earlier. I would like to see how them headers would look in all caps.

i think you should keep the 3D

how sad, i really don't get it, where is the fun, satisfaction in design when you "borrow" like that.
it's disturbing enough for any designer that such a thing like template stores exist but using them as inspiration??
i guess you have more to learn, at least your taste is ok, now the rest.

64$
Hmmm.. maybe i'll have one too
- scarabin0
very nice navigation
- Nac0
dude....
- two-zero0
Ouch ... called out "stealing" a template site.
- TechVector0
yep...noice work.
- designerror0
if he bought it, he have the right to use it, aint no stealing there
- two-zero0
true ...
- Hym0
right to use it yes
right to present it as your own from a designer perspective, NO even if you paid the unique price
and why buy a flash site to make it into CSS ?
- designerror0
good point Hym, this might be a steal after all
- Hym0
"Note: Nevertheless, you can't redistribute or resell templates either after NON-UNIQUE or after UNIQUE purchase."
Hah so even with Unique you dont even own it you just have a license.

Wow thanks for all the crits! I'll look into them! The main reason I chose to use text headers is that I'm sorta making this into a SEO side project, so I want to be able to give the spiders something pleasing to look at...but hmm..does anyone know if I can just set the h1 tags (the headers) to display:none; in CSS and put images in their place such that the robots will read their content? Or would that run the risk of me being blacklisted?
