Just came up with this earlier for a friends bar and i dont know if i like it or not. Any feedback would be rad.

too much texture. just focus on using a grid with lines and shapes. no feathered edges, drop shadows, bevels, or marbel textures.

there is no excitement to this layout. it looks like someone's blog.
You need to inject some kind of energy into the design, either using colors, images, or an interesting layout.
the reflection on the nav seems a bit amauterish. sorry.

The layout, well it won't fix this but at least look up how to work with a grid
The Brush script font is gross in any context, there are countless typefaces executing this style a lot better.
But not bad enough, you add a reflecting effect on the bottom ?????
The marmer? texture adds more needless clutter to the color combo wasn't bad enough
and the blue border?????????
It's worse than bad because i can't even figure out what you are atempting to do stylewise

i dont know the specific's to the "copyright infringement" it is just a design a friend came up with and we made some stickers and shirts for ourselves... it is just used for a portfolio site we are working on. If i could get in trouble for copyright then i would be shocked. it's entire creation was based around the obsessive devotion to apple computers a group of friends shared. it is a parody and i thought that it was a good one.
And about the site... i get it! it sucks.
I apologize for posting it! i wont make that mistake again. I am flash developer trying to also be a designer and now i am assured of that by your horrific responses.
Thanks again to those who told me what sucked about it in a way that wasnt just being fucking asshole!
