I'm trying to adapt this slider(http://www.kirupa.com/dev... for my needs. I have the main funcitonality down.
See the cirlces in the background? Would it be possible to make a mask that responds similar?

i haven't looked at the files, but if the circles are mc's (which i would assume they are since they're scaling and such), couldn't you just use setMask on them and they'd still respond to the scaling?

I ended up just changing the _X position of the movie clip in response to the _x position of the slider.
