Got a G5 iMac.
Built in speakers are a bit (a lot) crap.
Want to buy some new ones.
Recommendations?
Any one got some they like/dislike?

at comp usa they had a white set of soundstick looking ones that were fantastic. looked and sounded great next to the imac. perfect fit.

wire it up to a stereo, i can't think why you would want pc speakers.
short thick cables. denon amp. kef or b&w speakers. mmm.

we got JBL creatures here, the next office complains cause the bass is so damn low, so yeah, theyre pretty awesome

Klipsch GMX 2.1 ProMedia. $149 US. Brilliant sound, huge sub. Good price.
Otherwise some Acoustic Research PR9062's with a good receiver and a Y cable.

I'm pretty hot on hi-fi equipment... was thinking about getting AirTunes and wifi-ing my iTunes playlist to my setup in my lounge... lovely B&W speakers, Rotel amp...
Anyone used/experienced AirTunes?
