Do you know how when you go to a cafe/coffee shop, when you log onto their network, it pops up their homepage first?
how do they do that? I have a client that wants something similar to this in their business when you log onto their wifi network.
Any help gets a beer.

nah, peep this:
you bring your laptop to starbucks.
you connect to their network and it automatically takes your browser to a page where they have to login or whatever. how they do that?
beer is Bass Ale today.
