whats' the best way to do this.
haven't really had problems before, but noticed yesterday some stuff i did was quite off colourwise.
mostly screen/digital work.
i have run the color calibration for my monitor/screencard, but something's still wrong.

Is it a CRT monitor? If so, how old is it?

i use a small tool called spyder to calibrate my screens

Yeah, it's a CRT. About 3 years old, not sure. I was thinking it might be that.
Thanks Hym. Will check that out.

i think i'll propably get a new monitor soon... is hardware calibrators the way to go?

I had my Hansol CRT for four years and gradually the contrast got really shitty. It had gotten so bad that work that I was printing looked more vibrant on paper than it did on that monitor. I bought a 19" Sony SDM94(DVI) TFT to replace it. It is great quality, even if it did burn a bit of a hole in my pocket.

yeah, i think that's what's happening with mine as well. (viewsonic crt) i have something to reference now... the colour is darker than on other monitors.
