some of those are clearly computer manipulated.
which is brilliant. inspired by andreas gursky.

PANDAS or STFU!
heh.

actually ALL the city ones are photoshoped.
- mg330
yah, I was gonna say...
Those city pics are obviously worked over in Photoshop.

all those fucking windows and i didn't see one damn nekkid chick.
fuck those photos.

"some of those are clearly computer manipulated."
nope nope - I can guarantee you that they are not - that's how it is there in the heavily built-up residential areas...in some cases even more so
- Kuz0
i'm sure they are jevad, but i'm still pretty certain there's heavy photoshoping going on.
i'd stake my pulitzer on it.

link me a pic that you think is ps

i'm sure its not much of a diversion from reality mind. But there's definite computer aided manipulation of perspectives etc...
- jevad0
kuz man I can promise you that every single one of those hasn't be touched in PS apart from maybe level adjustments....that's how it is there man! I lived there for 20 years...those pictures don't even scratch the surface!

Meh.
I've seen better.

well there's no way of you proving to me to be honest. And i've seen extensive pictures of Hong Kong, but obviously nothing like that. He's done something to the perspectives using PS or other app, and it looks like quite a common technique that i've seen elsewhere. Something that Gursky uses in a lot of his pictures.
but anyway....

all you really need is a good wide angle lens and a bus pass man
- johndiggity0
that's not photoshop. that's communism!
- mg330
Aaaaahahhhhhh Kona!!!
- usrper0
to me, they LOOK like they ARE photoshoped, however, it is QUITE how it is in REAL life
- Kuz0
well it reminds me a lot of Gursky's work

and all those are PS'd, which Gursky himself talks about his techniques. And alot of that work isn't far off from that.
I guess it's hard to know what ot believe
