hey kids - anyone remember a site posted 'here recently', centering around a poster campaign comprised of ASCII images of politicians, with text made up from a city ordinance banning political postings... or something? I think it was from New York - definitely American, and it had the software you could download to achieve the similar effects?
Ring any bells?
Have searched the PBS and PVN, with no joy... but then it is a friday and I am prone to idiocy...
