Ok, my boss is going to promote me today to an ‘art director’ with creative director responsibilities as well.
I need some links that point to different “Job Descriptions” for art directors or creative directors. Can you guys help me out? Thanks! :)

creative director = big headed bastard whose "ideas" are far superior than anyone elses. Often the only way these people are creative is to actually put the word "creative" in their title.

how many people you have under you also is a consideration..
i'm the Art Director at a TV station.. but basically.. i'm the art guy.. period.. no one else here knows After Effect or advanced video editing that well.. so i just do it all..
